I don't know if this helps, but might give you another area in Ga. to look. I have a Joseph Manning Dent whose children were born in Wilkes Co.,Ga. One of his sons is named Michael Lawson Dent. Michael was married to Sarah E. Heard in Wilkes Co. and he dcd in Muscogee Co.,Ga. Michael's brother,John Turner Dent had a son Richard Hezekiah, who moved to Tx. From what I have been told there were some of the Lawsons in Sabine Co. that he settled near. It seems those two familes knew each other pretty well and probably lived close to each other in Ga.
