Looking for the parents of William Dent b 1792 SC who married Catherine Zeigler b 1797 SC. They both died young--before 1834. She had family in Crawford Co GA & died there. Their families were from Lexington, Orangeburgh, & Sumter Districts of SC. William's only son was named John Washington Dent. There was a John Dent in Lexington SC who would qualify as his father--but no evidence. Thanks.
PS Do you know there is a Dent website now as well as a Dent Rootsweb list?
