I am trying to find the family of Arthur Dent and his wife Emily, son's were Arthur a& Dennis, who lived in Billingham until the 1960's.
Also Charles Dent & George Dent (2 daughters) as well as Doris Dent who lived somewhere near the ICI plant???.
They were the children of George Albert Dent & Lily Thomas.
Lily was my grandmother Myra's older sister.
I spent many happy summers on holidays in Billingham as a child.
We moved to Canada in 1957, a few years after Grandma died.
Both of my parents are now deceased, but I promised them to continue to search....
I am working of the family tree and have nearly 9,000 names, but this one branch is a stickler for me, and another cousin Valerie Thomas who lives in Burnley.
John Barker Jackson, Lilies nephew is still alive in Yorkshire.
