Well you have found it now. My mother, Velma Dent, a librarian at Tulsa University and I looked for 20 years for Elvin's father. I sent for his Civil War military records and found his place of birth to be TN. I have lots of info for you and WE ARE RELATED! This is the first time I have found someone I am related to since finding his family so will be happy to share information. What family are you from?
