Yes---Tabitha Selesta[nee Galyon] and Lafayette Morgan had four daughters: Sarah Elizabeth, Martha, Roseltha, and Josephine. They are listed on the 1870 census with Tabitha and Elvin Marion Dent. In 1880, Tabitha and Elvin Dent are in Ash Township, Barry County, Missouri--p.352D Dwelling #28. Living next door (27) is half-brother James Dent and wife Susan (Van Zandt) Dent with son Jerome B. Dent. This portion of the census with Elvin's family has faded ink and is unreadable. Six or seven children are listed. The LDS copy of the census downloads Franklin, Charles, John, and Horace B. as names of the listed children, two names being faded. All are sons except for one daughter, age 8--but the readers may have been guessing, too. [Dwelling 32 is my g-grandparents: Zachary Taylor Morgan and Amoi Caroline (nee Dent, sister to James Dent and half-sister to Elvin]; my grandmother is their dtg. Louisey [Eliza Jane] Tabitha and Elvin had 1)Frank, 2)Charles, 3)Clara J., 4)James Thomas, 5)John Theodore,6)Horace Benton,7)Hayden Hugh, 8)Ella E--perhaps others. None of Tabitha's four Morgan daughters are listed with the family on the 1880 census. Most likely they were married and had families of their own. That is why I asked for Roseltha's married name. If you e-mail me privately, I have a photo of Tabitha. Notify Administrator about this message?
