Dent family in Ohio in early 1800s

Does any of this seem familiar to your Dent family?

A Dent boy who was born about 1800-1805 (+/-) was part of the western migration, probably from W. Virginia area into central Ohio. About 1825 (+/-) he met and married a Mayfield girl (given name not known). They had a son Orin born in Licking County, Ohio in 1827. The young wife maybe died in childbirth or shortly thereafter. The child was maybe raised by his mother's family. The Dent father went on to marry again and had a family.

Any thoughts about this family would be greatly appreciated.

Elaine
