C.C. Denny's 1886 Denny genealogy

Would anyone be able to send me scanned copy of pages 77 and 78 of C.C. Denny's "Genealogy of the Denny Family in England and America, Descendants of John Denny of Combs, Suffolk, England, in 1439"? I have a copy of the book before me through interlibrary loan, but those pages are missing (as are pages 1-32). Since pages 77 and 78 are rather important (they list the oldest known ancestors in this line), I'd rather like to see them...
