I am seeking biographical and genealogical information on the Richard Dennis, who was a member of Christ Church, Philadelphia and signed the 1754-Petition requesting Thomas and Richard Penn grant a lot of land in the southern section of the city upon which a second Anglican church might be built. St. Peter's Church at 3rd and Pine Streets was built on the requested land.
According to "Baptisms and Burials, Christ Church, Philadelphia" compiled by Hildeburn, a man named Richard Dennis was the father of the following children who were baptized at Christ Church.

1756, Oct. 20 – Barry Cusons, son of Richard and Hannah,
born Nov. 33, 1756 (sic)
1756, Oct. 20 – Richard, son of Richard and Hannah
born April 11, 1756
1756, Oct. 20 – Hannah, daughter of Richard and Hannah
born April 11, 1756
On 12/30/56 Richard Dennis is listed as a rental agent for a house adjoining Old Swedes Church with Warwick Coates in an advertisement run in the Pennsylvania Gazette.
