It would appear that our theory of Denwood and Dennard, being connected in some way, has surfaced again. The records you found: Would they indicate someone of wealth? I noticed both were for building (1) house, (2) kitchen. Would the more common folk been required to have a plan to add a kitchen?

Sooner or later, one of us will find the connection.

I'm sure you must have looked under all the variations of the name, such as, Dynyard, Dianard, etc. Did you see anything for anyone else that might be a Dennard?
