Melonie,
Your Denn line may have a connection to my husband's. I haven't done any research as yet, but here is what I know. His G G'father moved to TX, married who ?,returned to Ark., because father there had died and left family business, after several years he and his family of wife and 2 boys returned to TX. The 2 boys were born in 1880's. They were George and Ernest Denn. I don't know if there were other children later on or not. George and Ernest father might have been named Whit, of which George named one of his sons. George went on to have 7 children in the Mont. Co., TX area, and Ernest "Stout" had one boy named Earl and one girl named Clara. Earl was my father-in-law. Feel free to email me at MDENN99@aol.com.
