Paul,

Wow! Great research. Good to know about the tombstone. It's too bad they don't last longer, but it makes sense.

The story I read says something was written on his tombstone, but I believe the author references a city document for the information. I have looked for this "Death Review Protocol" online, but have been unable to find it.

Thanks again for the research, it answered a couple of questions I had.
