I don't have the envelope (my cousin might), but the letter is dated 28 Jan 1904, so nowhere near 1905. Also, it's a return letter from a woman my great-grandfather apparently wrote to asking her to come to America and marry him. Ha! Which is odd since the marriage date I found for him and his first wife was in March 1905, but she is also mentioned in the letter as if they had been together and she had left him. The mystery continues...

Is that database and the familysearch.com one the best places to look for someone who never left Denmark?
