I apologize for listing that example, as because of the patronymic naming custom in early Scandinavia,
there were likely other Christian and Christen Thomsen's born ca 1795, and without a specific birth date, there is no way to confirm he was your ancestor.

I don't read Danish, and don't recognize the father's occupation "Drager v Brygh" but perhaps one of our Danish friends will respond.

Their birthplaces are not listed.
