Does anyone have any information on Thomas Denham, born about 1787 in North Carolina (not sure of County), who married Nancy Newcomb, born about 1790 in North Carolina?

Thomas moved to Tennessee (not sure of time) and is shown in the Jackson County, TN Census of 1850. He had the following children:
Wesley - born Abt. 1828.
Elizabeth - born Abt. 1829.
Nancy - born Abt. 1832.
Charles - born Jan. 22, 1835.
Thomas - born Abt. 1836.
Peraby - born Abt. 1838, and
Gimmima - born Abt. 1839.
I believe that all or most moved to Kentucky (probably Barren/Edmonson area). The move was probably made sometime after 1860.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
