John Palmer Denham is my 1st cousin 3x removed. His father Andrew is the brother of my 2nd great grandmother, Sarah Katherine "Kate" Denham.
Andrew Denham b. 22 Jan 1840 d. 20 Jul 1895 Charleston, Son of Andrew Denham (1808-1875) & Adaline Gosson (1818-1913) (My 3rd great grandparents)
m. Mary Elizabeth Tradewell 29 Jan 1862 in SC
Mary was born abt 1845 in Leon County, Florida. She died the 12 Feb 1884 in Monticello, Jefferson, Florida & is buried at Roseland Cemetery in Monticello.
Their children:
John Palmer Denham b. 9 Jul 1867 in Monticello d. 9 Sep 1935 in Charlston.
m. Lily Lebby Smith b. 4 Sep 1869, daughter of William Bell Smith & Sarah Rogers Atmar.
Virginia Thomas Denham b. abt 1877 in Charleston d. 21 Nov 1904 in Manila,Phillipines. Buried at Roseland Cementery in Monticello.
m. Marion Fraser Marvin, M.D. d. 6 Jan 1902 in Charleston
Marion was b. 4 Aug 1874 d. 14 Jan 1912
(Dr Marvin is my great grandfather)
