another long shot--

I have a <unknown> Dempsey.

The children are:
1. Cornelius Dempsey I, born February 1758 in (Clan Maliere) Ireland, died 6 October 1786 in Buffalo Township, Northumberland Co., Pennsylvannia; married Anne (Nancy) Iddings in 1773.

2. James Dempsey, born and died unknown.

3. Jonathan Dempsey, Born and Died unknown.

I've also seen that Cornelius was from south of Cork Ireland. Is there some sort of connection with an O'Dempsey family that you know of??

I don't know when they came over from Ireland except to say that he was here before his marriage which took place in Pennsylvania in 1773.
