My aunt told me she was told that the family came from Arkansas. My g-great grandfather on my mother`s side was Henry Dempsey. His daughter was Nellie Dempsey. Henry married Agnes Lena Reed . He was born 2-11-1860,d-4-25-1910.They at some time moved to the Kansas City, Mo. area. That`s where they are burried. I hopy maybe you find something.
