Jann, like you I have lots of little pieces and wish tocomplete the puzzle.
I suspect the connection is like this:
Isaac DeMille & Mary Dixon (who came to Sophiasburg from Vermont as Loyalists.Had 12 children)Sarah Ann was one of them.
Sarah Ann Demille (01Jul 1805 - 23 Jan 1893)married
Reuben Way (1798 - 1862)
Children were:
Sarah Ann Way,Isaac Way, Mary J. Way, James A. Way and Laura E. Way.
The second child,
Isaac Way (b. 21 Mar, 1824) married Naomi Redner (b. 2 Oct 1844.
I only have names and these few dates, nothing more. This may be the connection from the Redner family to the Demille line I have in my files.
I suspect you may have the last names of Durlan reversed.
Now for Jane & Mary DeMille (daughters of Isaac and Mary Dixon, previously mentioned.)
Mary Jane DeMille (6 May 1789 Dutchess, New York.- 13 May 1867) married
Richard Tripp (17 Mar,1788 Dutches Co., New York - 30 Oct 1858 Read, Ontario, buried in Albert Cemetery, Hastings Co.)
They had 8 children.
Jane DeMille (19 Aug, 1795, Sophiasburg, P.E.C., Ontario - 10 Feb, 1857) married
Samuel Cooley (b- circa 1797 in the USA)
That is all I have on these two sisters.
If you have more or know how they fit into the familytree I would appreciate you sharing with me.
Of course this same request holds true for anyone else reading this genealogy forum. If my info is incorrect or you have more information, please let me know.
Regards
Al Dodd
