I am trying to determine if the astronomer Philip DelVecchio, son of Alberio Del Vecchio (who arrived in the US in 1897), is my Grandpa's Uncle. My Grandpa's name is Philip Dominic DelVecchio and he told me his Dad's name was Nicola. Is this a different Italian name or could it be a pronunciation of Nicholas? Did the Nicholas Del Vecchio mentioned in http://www.delvecchiofamily.com/main_frame.htm
ever live in Lewis Run, Pennsylvania.

Any information would help me.
