Looking for a family connection.
Filomena DeLUCA, b. 1857, married to ?? Caruso. Left Cosenza, Italy with her 8 year old Amalia CARUSO in 1900 on the SS Patria, departed out of Naples. Though listed as married, she came to the US to join her brother (no name given). 3 years later, her daughter Amalia, now age 12, appears on the SS Phoenicia accompanied by several members of her family (listed below) to join her mother, living at 1119 or 1199 or 179 Mulberry St, NYC. Possibly at the same address is her son-in-law Giovanni ANCOTTI/ANGOTTI.

PUGLIESE, Lucia - 34/37 (neice of Filomena)

(son) ANGOTTI, Antonio - 1?
My step-grandmother, Rose (PASSABILE) BOCCHIMUZZO, daughter of Teresa CARUSO, does not want to give any information out on the family. She was married to my grandfather Giuliano BOCCHIMUZZO, son of Amalia CARUSO, making them first cousins. But she did slip that her father Frederico's parent were killed in an earthquake in Italy and he was raised by a woman, maybe his babysitter. Also, there are a lot more PASSABILE children.
If any of this sounds familiar, I would love to hear from you.
