Hi everyone,
I'm looking for the family-members of "Charles De Langhe" (or in Michigan called DELONG) ("Langhe" means "Long" in Englisch) He was born in Belgium around 1858.
After he came to America, he married Mary McMahan (born in Ireland, in 1868?) in Wayne (Michigan) on 2/11/ 1889. Charles was a farmer.
They had +/- 9 children (I'm not sure )f the exact names); 6 were in 1930 still in live:
Mary De Long (° Grosse Pointe, 21/8/1890)
Rosa Delong (Warren, Macomb MI, december 1891)
Delia Delong (Warren Macomb 27/9/1893 - + before 1910)
Winifred Delong (Warren, Macomb 12/1895 - + before 1910)
Frederica (Warren, Macomb 19/12/1895 - + before 1900)
Catharina (Warren Macomb, 8/1897 - + before 1910)
Louise Mary (Warren Macomb, 29/8/1899 )
Silvia (Warren, Macomb 11/11/1901
Edna Delong (born in +/- 1904)
Charles Junior (born in +/- 1908) he was an elevator operator in 1930.
The sister of Charles: Rosalia Maria was also married in Michigan (Detroit); with Victor Cyrille Vanslembrouck (born Handzame)
Julius Emille Delanghe (brother of Charles and Rosalie) married in 1901: Hattie B Grove. He died in Lakeville 11/12/1945
They had 2 sons: Charles Edward (1902-1974) and Russel Lewis (1904-1992)
Julius remarried to someone called "LULA" and the had also 2 sons: Harold Junior and Virgil.
Thats all I know of those people. Anyone family of them?
