John Nicholas Dell of Westminster, Frederick (now Carroll) Co., MD, shoemaker, b. about 1750 d. 1815 near Westminster. Is anyone still actively researching this family? I found the court of equity record of John Nicholas' estate. It names his children (as they were named in his will) and some of his grandchildren. I am descended from Jacob Dell. John Nicholas had a son and at least one grandson named Jacob(of David), both alive in 1833 when his estate was settled. I am looking for more information on the Jacobs.
