Hi,
I know that my Dell ancestors came from England in the 1600's. The names I have are:
John of Holsworthy ca. 1696 in Devon, England, Thomas Dell, no dates, Phillip Dell m. Nancy unknown, no dates, Joseph Dell, m. Martha Maxey, (dau of Robert Maxey and unknown), and Martha Matilda Dell, m. William Colson. From here it goes through the Colson, Sweat, Love, Tompkins, and Taylor lines.
