I had an aunt Rosetta Dell, born I should think between 1900 and 1910 in Watford, north of London in England. Could your Rosetta Dell be an ancestor of hers? I can find more exact dates if you think it would be worthwhile. She died in the 1960s. She was one of eight children; she never married, as her fiance was killed in the trenches in France during WWI. Afterwards not only was there a shortage of marriageable men, so many having been killed, but also Sidney's pedestal grew higher and higher as the years passed.
(This is the first time I have communicated with a "stranger" by Email; I am curious to know the results!)
