I am looking for Charles Arthur De Lisle, born November 20, 1864 in Vincennes, Indiana. He was in an orphanage in that same town for at least 10 years. He may have had a brother who was older, but have not found him. Charles married Ada Malinda Gertrude Simmons in Lassater Texas in 1894. They had 7 children in Texas. They both are buried in Lassater, Texas. Any information would be welcome.
