Delgado Guanche family of Guanabacoa, Cuba

I am posting this because I just got a reply to a post of mine made in 2001. I'm thrilled, but noted my name showed up incorrectly - somehow changed over the years since I used GenForum routinely.

I have quite a lot of information about the Delgado Guanche family from Guanabacoa, Cuba and want to be sure to find all the descendants I can.

This family used the suffix Guanche to indicate they carried the blood of the Guanches - the indigenous people of the Canary Islands. As they moved to the United States, many dropped the suffix, but it was a matter of pride when they first arrived in Cuba.
