I believe Jose Delgado was my grandfather. His name is on my dad's birth certificate dated February 28, 1923. My dad was born in Ysleta, El Paso County, Texas.
My father never met Jose, and I'm sure Jose was never married to my grandmother, Guadalupe Ramirez. She was 16 when my dad was born.
I would love to see a picture of Jose.
