David Lee DeLay
TAMPA, Fla. - David Lee DeLay, 53, of Tampa, formerly of Taylorville, died Thursday, Nov. 2, 2006, at VCU Medical Center in Richmond, Va.
He was born Aug. 16, 1953, in Taylorville, the son of Hobert Guy and Agnes Seward DeLay. He married Deborah Morrissey.
Mr. DeLay was a precision millwright for Prairie Central Maintenance and M&R Construction.
Survivors: wife, Deborah; son, Ronald Lee (wife, Tasha) DeLay of Taylorville; two daughters, Danielle Lorine Davenport and Diana Catherine (husband, Samuel) Espinoza, both of Tampa, Fla.; four grandchildren; two brothers, Francis (wife, Karen) DeLay of Rochester and Lee Roy DeLay of Taylorville; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services: 11 a.m. Friday, Oak Hill Cemetery, Taylorville, the Rev. Rodney Blomquist officiating.
Shafer Funeral Home in Taylorville is in charge of arrangements.
