I am looking for any information on Delawder. Fred born in Maryland Feb. 1863, his wife Lizzie born in Ohio June 1863, May/Mae/Mary born in Ohio Oct 1891, George F. born in Ohio July 1893 and Dora born in Ohio in 1896. I can find them in the 1900 Census Toledo Ward 6, Lucas Ohio. May/Mae/Mary is my grandmother and I have been searching for her grave for 5 years. She married my grandfather Otto Morenz of Detroit Michigan in December 1908) I find a Mary Morenz listed in the 1910 Wayne Michigan Census. I am certain that this is my grandmother because she is listed as being the wife of Otto H. Morenz (my grand father) She was listed as being 19 years old at the time. Living with them was May/Mae/Mary's younger sister Dorothy/Dora who was 14 years old. Otto and her parted ways some time after my Dad Howard was born in 1914. I think she may have gone to Cicero, Ill to marry a Frank Laten. I have a letter she wrote my Dad on 4/23/1923 with the return address as "Mrs. Mae Laten 1905 S. 48th Ave. Cicero, Ill. She mentions the name of Frank Laten. I have Dora/Dorothy Delawder in Atlantic City living at 342 N. Maine Ave in about 1948. I have pictures of my grandmother that I will share with anyone who thinks they can help me. May/Mae/Mary is said to have been killed in an auto related accident sometime after 1923. If you think that they may be part of your family please contact me at Goldelyn@charter.net.
