Kelly Shenton & unproved data
Posted by: Mary Brocklebank (ID *****2014) Date: August 20, 2003 at 14:32:59

I posted once in 2001 & find that, unfortunately, Kelly Shenton continues to state that she has data back to 1500. There is no proved data for the DeLattre information in France.

Data that Kelly is sending as absolute is speculation.

I wrote Jean Delattre (anyone may), and he kindly answered.
that his work is still being researched & it is a long process as most of the records in Lattre, France were burnt.

To quote Jean DeLattre: "It's a working hypothesis, it must be validate."

So, please, please don't propagate the information she sends. There are some wonderful websites that give good data - Glen DeLawders being an example.
