Charles RAnsom DE Lap was my grandfather. His son Charles Floyd De Lap was my uncle. His son Charley Floyd De Lap was my cousin who m Florence I. Bllankenship and had a son Leland. Is this your father? Why not just talk to Florence? By the way, Klamath Falls has one m. I have an extensive time line on line on Charles Ransom De Lap, which also mentions these other Charles De Laps. At one time Charles Floyd was known as Big Charley and Charley Floyd was known as Little Charley. I knew all three men well and have stayed in their houses.
