My family includes a James Delaney b1820 in Lancashire Eng, his son - John Delaney b1848, and grandson William b1878. They were from Burton in Kendal.
William was my grandfather. He came to Victoria, Australia approx 1910 with his wife Phoebe Heighton and infant child Arthur - my father.
Any connection there?
