My great grandfather was William Delaney born in Ireland (m. Mary Burchell). He and his twin brother Thomas left Ireland in the mid to late 1800s. William settled in upstate New York and Thomas in Canada. A few of William's 12 children, Sadie, Jeremiah, Elizabeth (Betty) moved and settled to the Norristown, PA area.
