I am looking for information on a Rhoda/Rodia/Rhonda Delaney who married Albert Gallatin (A.G.) Postlethwait in June 1843 in Tyler Co, (W)VA (?). According to census information Rhoda/Rodia was born in PA ca. 1817/18 and she probably died in Mason County, WV in 1871. I have also seen Rhoda/Rodia's name listed as Rhonda Jane Delaney. The children I know of Rhoda and Albert Gallatin are:
Mary Ann - b ca 1844 - m William Moore
Sarah - b ca 1845 - m George W Stover
Emily - b ca 1847
Rhoda Jane - b ca 1848 - m Elija Statts
Lucinda - b Mar 1850 - m Simon Matheny
Eliza (Louisa)- b Oct 1854 - m David Hughes
Isaac - b 1856 - m Rozazella Stanley
William - b Sept 1862 - m Martha Hostutler
Rosa - b 10 Sept 1868 - m Charles McClellan Kay
Mary Ann was born in Tyler Co, (W)VA, Rosa was born in Mason Co, WV and the other children were born in Wetzel Co, WV where A.G. and his family are enumerated in the 1850 and 1860 censuses. Albert married his 2nd and 3rd wives in Jackson County.
I am very much interested in finding information on the parents and siblings of Rhoda/Rhonda Delaney. Can anyone help?? Thanks so much!
