my great grand mother name was anne called nan Bulger, she was born in Kilrush in oct 1875, her father was Daniel S Bulger, he was born in Kilrush and married Anne Delany from Limerick, I am rather curious about 2 facts , one the Delaney side of the familly, she was known to be a very autoritativ person with very severe education and good manners, she love to stay at the Homond house in Lisdoonvarna, she was still alive in 1914, while her husband died in 1904, in the 1901 census she is said to be 57.She had three sons, Michael , lawrence and daniel d. all 3 were famous athletes , two of them became doctors and left Ireland to live in London,the only daughter, my great grand mother Nan came to live in Belgium where she died in 1930,in Kappelen, she had married JUles Tinchant in april 1895 in Dublin.I am still trying to find what happen to Daniel d. , he was in Paris for a congress with the baron de Coubertin in 1894...what happens next?? Any relatives still in Ireland???
I am in contact with the "michael Bulger" branch, the Lawrence branch seems to be extinct , no trace of his only son , Marcel.
all this to say HELP...thank to this forum , I found already so much, but is it possible that there is no one left in Ireland, nor Bulger in Kilrush or Dublin or Delaney in Limerick.
