My Delaney's are from Shenandoah, PA Circ(1850-1860)and moved to Philadelphia at the turn of the century. I am aware of two brothers, Martin F. Delaney who was born in approx. 1858 and Married a Margaret Cavanaugh on November 27, 1878. They had several children with Martin, Margaret, Jennie and John surviving to adulthood. The other brother was John J. Delaney who married an Ellen Dowd on February 2, 1891 or 1892. Their children were Martin J., Thomas J., Marie H., James J., and Catherine C..
