I don't know if this is any connection, but I have a gg grandmother, Mary Delaney, who emigrated to Canada from Leix Co. with Matthew Kelly in the early 1840's. We have always been told there was a brother who went to New York, but this could be just rumour. If anyone has any information that could link my Delaney's to someone out there, it would be appreciated.
