william swain.grandmothers had a sister named saphrona angeline,sarah,noah,birdie ,Elijah,maudy,these are my grandmothers sisters and brothers . the swains came from tennesee the year the mississippi froze .they crossed in wagons to tomatoe arkansas. these are not all the names of the children of Goerga anne swain she had 11children but these are all i know.sarah had a son named marlin braken and he married Rubby,and another son called sd he might have died already .marlin and rubby are possibly dead to but they had children 2sons and2daughters maybeline ,jewel dean,james and the forth is unknown to me. sarah also had daughters one that is known is gladis.gladis or her husband is remebered for playing the guitar.
