Thanks, Tim!

Briefly, as I'm quite ill for weeks with a BAD cold. Just by chance found your reply. Normally one gets an automatic electronic notification when a follow-up appears. I have limited info on Delandres in south County Kilkenny, Ireland going back to 1856 approx., also little info on a Delandre who settled in GOSFORT, north of Sydney (?) in late 1800's and started 'fruit farming' there.

My late wife's Headstone (died 26.01.99) is now in GenForums virtual Cemetery page, but since I put it on a while ago, I can't seem to retrieve it. her name: Neansai/Nancy O Briain/OBrien, Waterford City. Cemetery Name: Ballygunner.

It's her paternal grandmother's name was Delandre, but she knew very little about her. We Are CERTAIN she came from south Kilkenny. Found a very old photographic portrait - behind a religious picture (!) which came came from Neansai's home recently. I believe this is the missing lady, as I already have a picture of her maternal grandmother.

Back later, Seán.
