I was born in Jan. of 1966 in Parkersburg at Camden-Clark Hospital and placed for adoption. Recently learned mother's name was Freda DeLancey, recently deceased, of Ellenboro, WV. Although I had a wonderful childhood and have wonderful parents, I would like health information and genealogy information regarding birth parents. Any assistance will be appreciated.
