Hi Alison,
My Grandfather lived in Southport in the early 20 century having maried Mary Elizabeth Gleeson from Salford. They had 8 children and many grand children. I think they moved to Southport in about 1908. He was originally from Tipperary, Ireland. I do believe that this was the only Delahunty familly in the area. The Delahunty brothers had cycle and radio shops in Southport, Hillside, Ainsdale and Formby. If you want any more info you can contact me at adelahunty@aol.com
