Don't know if anyone is interested in lineage beyond the DeJarnette name. My family came from Joseph, son of Jean. Joseph had a daughter, Susannah that married a Bourne - Their child, Mary Ann was married to Thomas Collins and they had 12 children, one of which was Sammuel Collins. Of Sammuel's nine children, Maggie L. was my great grandmother. I have her ring with her maiden name (M.L. Collins) engraved. I have a photo of her brother, Ernie in Yosemite Natnl Park where he worked - 1947. Although, I am not sure where it is now, my mom also had his medal from Spanish / American War. He died in 1960.
I also took photos of the headstones in Lincoln, IL of several DeJarnette family members - Francis Jackson DeJarnette-born 1869, died 1948. Their children, born between 1893 and 1914 are in that cemetery, several of which only lived a few yrs but are listed by initials on the Family stone as well as their own stone. The children that lived only a few years are not listed in the DeJarnette book, but their surviving siblings are. I have an original of the book with a personal inscription from my grandmother, Olwen (Gwen)and her brother, Ulrick Moore to their Aunt Emma on her 91st birthday 12/25/1954. I also have two originals of the letter from May M and Earl C Frost dated 7/15/1954 introducing the book. The book took them 22 years of work.
