Deitz in Ulster Co. NY Rosendale, Rifton,1800's

My great-greatgrandmother was Catherine J. Stokes she was the daughter of Abram and Harriet Deitz Stokes. She was born in Rifton Ulster Co. NY 1850. Abram Stokes born in Rosendale.
I can not fine anything on Harriet Deitz but I beleive that she came from the same area.
Can anyone help me.
