i know this is a really late reply and you may already have your information but please reply if you can.
just so you have a better time fram i am writing this on december 30th 2008
ok so i am not sure the frank you're talking about is the one i think it is but i assume so.
my grandfather is donald deitz (died sep 25th 08) and his brother was frank and their father was george and no one in my family knows much about george. his mother (my grandma marge) passed away 4-5 years ago. doanld's wife is also named helen deitz and donald was a resident of constantia NY which is why assume the frank you're talking about is the same i am.
