I am still looking for sorces to these names buthey are the ONLY ones I have found that can fit my line who married into the SILKs family. Here goes: If I look in the 1850 Census, Oliver Twp, Perry County, PA you will see: Buffalo Twp. Abraham Silks Age 60 - Sawyer Mary Silks Age 60 Joseph Silks Age 20 - Laborer In The Boro. Of Liverpool you will See a Large Deitrick Family: John Deitrick Age 48 (Male) - Farmer Catharine Deitrick Age 42 (Female) Leonard Deitrick - Age 22 (Male) - (looks like beatman) Christian Deitrick - Age 19 (Male) Elizabeth Deitrick - Age 16 (Female) Susan Deitrick - Age 14 (Female) Catharine Deitrick Age 13 (Female) ?(Lomima) Deitrick Age 11 (Female) John Deitrick Age 9 (Male) Jacob Deitrick Age 7 (Male) Jackson Deitrick Age 1 (Male) George Deitrick Age 23 (Male) - (looks like beatman) ? Lelalah Deitrick Age 20 (Female) George's wife I would have to say Susan and Joseph could be a very likely match. I need to check marriage records in Perry County. I would if I had acesses.
