I am not familiar with Indiana. I have some information concern some Dehaven's in Troy Township, Fountain County, Indiana. These would be of an earlier generation, and I do not have any of there children but your Emma might be descended from one of them.

Jacob Dehaven and Nancy Bell DeHaven bought land in Fountain County in 1826. Their children were Margaret, Harriet, Tillitha, Elizabeth, Samuel, Mahala, Jacob, Almeda, and Permelia.

Nancy died in 1847, I do not know when Jacob died but it appears to be before 1830.

I hope this helps, if you find a connection let me know, I have more information on Nancy's parents.
