Nora Dever and William Dehaney Sr. were my great grandparents. My grandmother was Mary Patricia Dehaney Patton (married Lawrence John Patton). Her only surviving sibling is Elizabeth "Jeanne" Dehaney Sauer (married William Sauer). I do remember Francis "Dodda" and Joe & Stella. James "Monk" died before I was born, but I remember his wife Virginia. I am just (today) beginning the whole family tree process, but I know that the nicknames will become troublesome. My mother always told me that I was named after Brigid Corrigan -- do you happen to know if your great-great grandmother was Brigid Corrigan? Or, is it possible that Mary Corrigan also went by Brigid? Next time I am in Cleveland, I will sit down with Aunt Jeanne to see what she remembers. Any information that you would like to share would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Bridget Smith
