I am not in the deGraffenreid line but have been trying to get information because of a collateral family.Your Sue's brother was probably named for Reese Calhoun, brother to John. There are several excellent deG researchers who can help you.My ancestor, Mary Minor McLemore, was the sister to Margaret Smith McLemore, John's mother.Do you know what the middle initial stood for in John's name?Their brother was named John Dabney McLemore.Margaret's maternal side were Dabneys. In my opinion there was only one aunt who may have been married and not spoken to and her name was also Susan M.Mary Minor and her husband William O'Neal Perkins lived in MS and after their death, I believe, but cannot yet prove, Margaret took their young girls to live with her.
