Rachel DeGraff (B. 1775) child of William Swart DeGraff

Would anyone have any information on Rachel DeGraff, child of William Swart DeGraff and Willemptje Nevius, who was baptized on February 5, 1775 at the Conewago Colony, York County, PA? Was she married to a Henry Snapp as his 2nd wife in New York - perhaps Cayuga County - after 1800? I know she had two relatives, also named Rachel DeGraff (born in 1774 & 1777), but wanted to know who she, or the other two Rachels married.
