I do hope we can get together on this line; probably we can add to each other's data and correct some problems. I have Jean le Count de la Graff, wife Mary Laurens and a lot of generations ahead of him. Then I have his son Moses married to Hester Le Maistre Delamater, but dates are not logical and need scrutiny.

The early information referred to goes back to Louis IX of France in the 1200's; it is all intriguing, but as it came to me it has no sources cited. However, there should be good records available to trace it properly. I hope to do so before long.

This is the result of inheriting a handwritten old notebook just recently when a cousin had to go to a nursing home in PA. Our Dutch family comes from the Kingston and Rhinebeck sections of NY.

If you are interested, I'll photocopy the notebook pages and send them to you by regular mail, since I don't have scanning ability.
